The primary purpose of this position is to sell the Vascular portfolio by providing hands on clinical support and education to Doctors. In addition, the Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will be the clinical expert within the Vascular team.
The Customer Support Representative 1 is responsible for providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service to Cook Medical customers and Divisional Sales teams throughout EMEA. Key tasks include handling customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels, while also providing timely and informative responses to customer queries. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who gains and builds trust during all interactions who will add to our reputation as a company who offers excellent customer service.
Reporting to: Team Lead 1, Customer Support
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving sales revenues within your assigned territory by providing exceptional clinical support to customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to enhance sales, service, and overall customer experience. By leveraging your clinical expertise and product knowledge, you will support the development of sales opportunities and ensure effective utilization of our product portfolio. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial Account Specialists (CAS), will be essential in achieving business objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction. Reporting to: Regional Business Manager

The Tender Representative 1 is responsible for working with Cook Medical Divisions & other relevant departments within Cook Medical, to ensure that Tenders to supply Cook Medical products to the European Market are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
This role is also responsible for ensuring Cook Medical product pricing is updated on the relevant systems.

The Customer Support Product Specialist at Cook Capital Equipment serves as the subject matter expert on various topics and systems within the department. They are able to provide training, global project support and expertise with customers and internal personnel.
The Service Technician provides high quality, efficient and timely repair, preventative maintenance, and installation of Cook capital equipment at customers' facilities to ensure that the equipment is performing in accordance with system requirements.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve Cook patients while increasing the sales and profitability of the Specialty in the assigned territory. This should be achieved by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed with the Regional Manager and are in support of the goals and general strategies of the Specialty. The Territory Manager must develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and their associated clinical areas of use.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve Cook patients while increasing the sales and profitability of the Specialty in the assigned territory. This should be achieved by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed with the Regional Manager and are in support of the goals and general strategies of the Specialty. The Sales Representative must develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and their associated clinical areas of use. Ideally based in Bristol covering the South West UK.
