    Assist the relevant Division management in Cook by creating effective operational tools to facilitate educational program.

    Ensure that Medical Educational Course operations run effectively and smoothly and create tools and undertake projects to support the Medical Education programmes.

    • Ensure effective management of our Medical Education Course operations
    • Coordinate all marketing collateral requirements for external education, ensuring that the Cook brand is communicated in a consistent manner
    • Organise educational logistics, including but not limited to hotels, meals, facilities, catering, transfers, rooming lists, and room requirements
    • Use Cook systems to manage, process and data capture
    • Create and process HCP Invitations, ensuring we meet Country specific guidelines and compliance rules
    • Monitor and manage deadlines and cancellation policies
    • Liaising with Travel over HCP arrangements to ensure that HCP’s have a high-quality customer experience
    • Send booking confirmations, event overview and other instructions to Healthcare Professionals / Subject Matter Expert and Cook Employees
    • Create and ship course materials, course forms and delegate pack’s required for the course, and ensure timely availability
    • Coordinate the distribution of post event surveys
    • Administer all event related costs, including invoice checking, payment, coding and approval
    • Ensure receipt and storage of agenda and sign in sheet is in an auditable location
    • Manage a process to ensure the course calendar is up to date and available to Cook employees
    • Keep relevant stakeholders informed on course fill
    • Using Lean expertise, develop new internal processes, where appropriate, to increase efficiency
    • Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf


    • Relevant Business qualification and/or relevant experience desired
    • Product and /or procedural knowledge would be advantageous
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office
    • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
    • Fluency in one or more European languages as well as English preferred
    • High level of self-motivation
    • Willingness and availability to travel on company business
