The Post Market Surveillance Specialist ensures regulatory compliance to the EU MDR at the office of the EU Authorised representative (AR). The EU AR Office is responsible for verifying compliance to the EU MDR on behalf of Cook Medical’s non-EU manufacturers. The Post Market Surveillance Specialist serves as a communication liaison between the Cook manufacturer and the EU regulatory authorities

This position is responsible for the study-level management (prior to submitting to IRB/EC to closeout) of clinical studies, including preparation of applicable clinical study documents/plans, oversight of clinical site performance, while ensuring cross-functional teams are appropriately informed and coordinated to execute the clinical study.
This position is based working remotely but can travel to meet the team at Cook Denmark's offices as needed.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve Cook patients while increasing the sales and profitability of the Specialty in the assigned territory. This should be achieved by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed with the Regional Manager and are in support of the goals and general strategies of the Specialty. The Territory Manager must develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and their associated clinical areas of use.
