  • Overview

    Provision of product information and support for Customer Support & Delivery - EMEA and preparation and maintenance of relevant databases.

    • Prepare and maintain a database of technical datasheets for each product and each SBU in the accepted format for each market.
    • Act as first point of reference for each Tender Team for technical datasheet requests and prepare technical datasheets for tender submissions as required.
    • Liaise with all relevant internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Product Managers, Product Specialists, Regional Manager, Sales teams Regulatory Affairs Departments) to gather the information required for the completion of the technical datasheets;
    • Act as first point of reference for other departments (e.g. Regulatory, Customer Support, Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) for queries related to product information
    • Ensure all completed technical datasheets are created / updated as instructed by the relevant group(s)
    • Process and direct technical queries via the designated routes
    • Assist the Local Product Specialist with technical and general administrative tasks/duties and ad-hoc requests.
    • SBU support and maintenance of the Global Sales Restriction System (GARS) and Approval/Restriction process for RI orders
    • Supply CS&D department with product status information (e.g. active, obsolete, etc.)
    • Assist the Corporate Tenders Executive with product and legal documentation as required.
    • Gather relevant data and complete local product registrations as required, for example by the Italian Ministry of Health and the Servicio Andaluz de Salud - SIGLO HP [Sistema Integral de Gestion Logistica]
    • Generate reports as necessary / requested.
    • Involvement and support departmental projects including execution of assigned projects.
    • Perform tasks necessary to complete performance objectives or other duties assigned by the local Product Specialist as well assisting team members as needed.
    • Ensure that the Cook brand and image is communicated in a positive and consistent manner to all customers, both external and internal.
    • Ensure that all duties are carried out in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
    • Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf.


    • Experience or knowledge of Tenders & Public Procurement.
    • Technical or Business qualification would be an advantage.
    • Fluency in a number of European languages, including English – preferably Spanish/French/Italian.
    • Positive attitude and proven problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
    • Ability to communicate effectively on an individual and group basis.
    • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer software packages.
    • Strong customer focuses (Internal & External).
    • Self-starter and high self-motivation.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Attention to detail, with clerical speed & accuracy.
    • Strong comprehension and research skills.
    • Willingness and availability to travel on company business.
