  • Overview

    The primary function of this role is to collaborate with business units and functions to identify, lead and manage change projects to enhance the CSD service offering and /or create operational efficiencies. This role creates suitable business cases for projects and ensures projects are focused throughout their life cycle on achieving global objectives and projected benefits.

    • Liaise with Global and Local Functional/Business unit leadership to understand critical business issues.
    • Scope and present solution focused business case, presenting risks and issues.
    • Develop, lead and manage prioritised project plans for the function to deliver solutions in line with business direction.
    • Work with local and Global Business units and functional leaders to align EMEA goals and objectives with projects.
    • Identify business stakeholders and develop communication plans to build relationships and manage customer expectations during the lifecycle of the project.
    • Lead a matrix project team, collaborating with EUSC operations, to prioritize work and mitigate against risks/ issues to deliver to project timelines.
    • Track and Report progress of project through to completion to relevant stakeholders. Escalate performance issues as appropriate.
    • Manage handover of approved processes and procedure changes to EUSC operations.
    • Conduct post project reviews and recommend improvements to ensure function is best structured to support ongoing change projects.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the sales and marketing business and operational processes.
    • Ensure compliance to the Quality Management system and business processes.
    • Maintain strong links with European Business forums.
    • Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf.


    • Formal business qualification or equivalent and/or a proven track record of project managemeent in complex business operation, preferably in a Shared Service  / Contact Centre environment.
    • Additional European language an advantage.
    • Proven track record in delivering complex, dynamic projects that are strategic in nature and functional in scope.
    • Project management skills training.
    • In depth understanding of IT systems.
    • Strong knowledge of QMS principles ( preferably ISO13485)
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation.
    • Good operating knowledge of Microsoft tools-presentation skills, Visio, Project
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • High self-motivation.
    • Ability and willingness to travel on company business.
