Demand Planning is critical for developing and maintaining accurate demand plans for finished goods across all of Cook Medical’s divisions and specialties. This position leverages enterprise tools, statistical models, and market intelligence to ensure alignment between global strategy and short-term execution.
The Demand Planner 1 role is responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts for assigned products. Work under direct supervision of the Demand Planning Manager, focussing on the tactical aspects of the role and using historical data and enterprise forecasting models to create a baseline for future demand, collaborating with cross-functional teams e.g. sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather input and ensure the forecast is accurate.

About Cook Limerick
Cook Medical has been in Limerick since 1996, starting out with labelling and distribution and steadily growing and evolving to include manufacturing, centralised customer support and on to collaborative product development in the Innovation Centre. The Ireland location is our European headquarters and houses our EMEA Support Centre. This location currently employs more than 1000 people and manufactures 10% of Cook’s products for global markets.
