Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive training and educational support on all relevant products, procedures, and underlying clinical fundamentals in order to maximise the knowledge level across the Vascular Division. The role aims to continuously enhance expertise and competency throughout the EMEA region, ensuring a high standard of product understanding, clinical application, and procedural proficiency among all team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of clinical and product training programs across the EMEA region.
  • Design structured training curricula and evaluation tools to ensure measurable learning outcomes.
  • Provide advanced technical and clinical product training to in-field teams in close collaboration with country business leaders.
  • Support new product launches through targeted educational initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and identify ongoing development needs within the Vascular Division.
  • Provide regular feedback, market intelligence, and written reports to EMEA management.
  • Participate in relevant regional and international congresses, meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures, including Complaint Handling, Product Returns, Samples, and Consignment processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science, biomedical, or healthcare discipline (or equivalent clinical background).
  • Sound understanding of the associated vascular medical discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of the relevant product portfolio and related clinical procedures.
  • Proven experience in clinical training, medical device education, or field-based technical support within MedTech.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and numeric skills.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office and confident use of digital training and feedback platforms.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional EMEA-relevant languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively (average 3–4 overnight stays per week).
  • Valid driving licence.
